System Navigation (SN)

SN is a family driven program offering free services to all eligible families; services are funded by the Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County and are a collaborative effort with      2-1-1 and Central Florida Behavioral Health Network.  To access services, families call 2-1-1 for an eligibility screening.

SN is designed to work in partnership with families to assist in resource management and service linkage, and to reduce family stressors associated with, but not limited to, the following concerns:

·         School/Education

·         Substance Abuse/Use

·         Behavioral/Mental Health

·         Parenting

·         Judicial/Legal

·         Crisis/Safety

·         Housing/Financial

·         Family Interaction

SN services are intended to maximize resources while meeting the needs and building on the strengths of each family; services include:

·         Screening for service eligibility

·         Targeted, in-depth assessment for identified concerns

·         System Navigation (Case Management) services to ensure the family and child(ren) needs are being met through community resource linking and education

·         Access to mental health services including:

-      Individual, group, and family outpatient services

-      In-home family services

-      Behavior modification

SN is located at the PEMHS Palm Way Campus at 1614 Palm Way, Largo, FL 33771.
