PROFESSIONAL LEVEL POSITIONS

Some Professional Level Positions positions require a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service or a related field, as well as one year of experience, other positions may require a Master’s Degree and/or Licensure.

ENTRY LEVEL POSITIONS

Entry Level Positions require a High School Diploma or GED. No experience is required. 
Employees participate in consumer care including monitoring and assisting in daily activities, facilitation and/or participation in therapeutic activities, performing some health care assignments, participating in and offering input as a member of the treatment team, and interacting closely with clients.

PEMHS Employee benefits include: 80% Employer paid medical coverage for an employee with a seldom premium increase. HSA is offered for a high deductible medical plan with a $250 employer contribution. We chose a new dental provider with lower premiums and comparable benefits. A vision plan for which we negotiated lower premiums and added additional tiers of coverage. Continued rate guarantee for Life, AD&D, and LTD insurance. Guarantee Issue for voluntary employee and spouse coverage. 100% Employer paid LTD, $40, 000 Life and AD&D insurance for the employee. We offer a 403(b) Retirement Plan with a 50% matching employer contribution on employee deferrals of 6% or less. Fully vested at 6 years of continued employment. Three free EAP face-to-face sessions and 24-hour telephonic access. We also included free worldwide travel assistance.
